- All products are usually held in stock. Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day using the selected delivery service. Occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock. If this is the case you will be notified immediately.
- All items on our standard delivery service are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please ensure that your item is sent to a delivery address where someone is available to sign for it. If no-one is available they will leave a card and take your order back to the local depot. At this point you can re-arrange delivery or collect the item in person. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure delivery of the item. If you do not collect the goods and they are returned to Pedometer Shop we will charge additional postage before we will despatch the item again.

- Privacy & Security
- Pedometer Shop (Need for Green Limited) may contact you in the future with information such as special offers, new products etc. However we will not under any circumstances sell, distribute or transfer your data to any other company. If you would like to be excluded from our customer database please send an email instructing us to remove your details.
- Returns & Replacements
- We understand that sometimes you may want to return goods to us. If you have received goods that are faulty or received in error we will be happy to refund or replace them. Please contact us for more details.
- Right to Cancel
- We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied or you simply change your mind you can cancel your order within 14 days of the date of purchase. In order to do this you must notify us in writing (by email, fax or letter) stating that you would like to return the goods and cancel your order. You must then return the products to us at your own cost. All products must be in perfect, unused condition and must be complete with instructions and original packaging. A full refund for the price of the product (postage charges are non refundable) will be sent as soon as the items are returned.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Whilst we try to ensure all information on our website is correct sometimes errors can occur. Pedometer Shop (Need for Green Limited) reserve the right to amend, cancel and refuse to fulfil any order due to a genuine pricing mistake.
- Guarantee & Warranty
- All products are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. In the case of our own-brand pedometers (PED003 & PED005) they are covered by a 12 month replacement warranty provided by Need for Green Limited. If your pedometer is genuinely faulty we will replace it with a new unit as long as it is within 12 months of the purchase date
